Our effective contract administration and project management enables us to deliver construction projects within pre-set timescales and budgets as defined by the client. Close monitoring of the works and consistent review of documentation means we can manage risks and even mitigate them during the design phase.

FEASIBILITY STAGE
Our team can conduct an initial desktop study based on specific sites provided by a client. Alternatively, if no such site has been determined, we can utilise our experience alongside cost modelling* to provide budgets.
Close liaison with our clients means we can understand their wants and needs while delivering accurate feasibility reports detailing construction periods, costs and timescales.

DESIGN STAGE
PRINCIPLE DESIGNER ROLE:
Construction regulation* now calls for a new role known as the ‘Principle Designer’.
Required should more than one contractor be working on the project, this role manages the health and safety aspects of the works. As a benefit to our clients we can undertake this role, maintaining the single point of contact, this is included as part of our management fee on any project.

POST-CONSTRUCTION
